Newburgh Nomads Kathy Sutton, David Ralphs and Jamie Munro completed the gruelling Lakeland 100, and not for the first time.  Dave earned his "slate" for 5 completions.

Michael Smith ran in the Lakeland 50, completing the course in an impressive time of 10hrs 57mins.
